Organizations across Arizona have come together with the Arizona Community Foundation (ACF) to establish the Arizona Early Education Funds (AEEF) in order to execute the Arizona School Readiness Board's Action Plan with the support of Governor Janet Napolitano.

These Funds help communities across the State create quality early care and education systems for children from birth to age five. Because this is the most critical time in a child's mental and social development, a gift to the Funds will support Arizona's children today and our economic health in the future.

Scientific research consistently demonstrates that quality early learning experiences lead to a more productive, happy and healthy adult life. The AEEF are designed to help all Arizona children become contributing citizens by funding programs that help build a sustainable, comprehensive system for providing high quality early care and education programs across the State. Part of these funds will be used today for immediate needs. Part will create an endowment to provide support for many years to come.
